3. Booking and Cancellation

• Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled move date to receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the move date may result in a forfeiture of the deposit.

• Packing: Customers are responsible for properly packing all items unless packing services have been purchased. Salmon’s Moving and Storage is not responsible for damages to items that were not packed by our team.
